Introduction
This page is to replace a lost or damaged public transport ticket.
You must always have a valid ticket while travelling or you may be liable to be fined. If you have to pay cash for tickets keep receipts in case they are required at a later date.
Leap Cards
Login to www.leapcard.ie and follow the instructions to replace your card.
If you haven't registered your Leap Card on www.leapcard.ie you can do so if you know your Leap Card number.
Note that Leap Cards have a 14 digit Leap Card Number on them. For security reasons transport operators and TravelHub don't save the full 14 digit number. We only save the first 10 digits in our database in the card linked to your profile. This 10 digit Leap Card Serial number is enough to uniquely identify the card but not enough to register it on leapcard.ie.
If you never registered your Leap Card and don't know the number please login to www.travelhub.ie and click Support. Raise a support request with us explaining that you need a replacement and asking for you Leap Card number. We will confirm the Leap Card Serial Number, which is the first ten digits. You'll then need to ring Luas and they will give you the full 14 digit Leap Card number. You can then register the Leap Card at www.travelhub.ie and request a replacement. We'll send full instructions.
It takes Leap Card up to a week or two to send out your replacement.
Operator Cards
If your card was issued by the Operator and is not a Leap Card then login to www.travelhub.ie and click Support. Raise a support request with us explaining that you need a replacement. We'll check the process for your operator and send detailed instructions.
